Hilti Fleet Management is an all-inclusive service where your tool costs are covered by a fixed monthly fee. Our service covers everything from organising tool repairs, paying maintenance charges to replacing stolen tools. That means you can focus on what matters most - your business.

Hilti Fleet Management

Use what you need instead of owning what you don't

Every project is different. We understand building bridges requires different tools than fitting-out a shopping centre. Whatever the job, big or small, the formula for success is to have access to the tools you need, when you need them - without the excess of storing the tools you don’t.

Hilti Fleet Management allows you to put together a customised mix of tools and equipment to suit your needs. At the end of the contract – typically 36 months for Cordless tools and 48 months for Combihammers or Breakers – tools will be exchanged for the latest generation. This ensures your tool park is always state of the art, highly productive and compliant with the latest safety standards.

Small tools, big service


Free-of-charge servicing and repairs

If important tools suddenly fail during construction, the site can come to a standstill. Replacements must be organised and project plans can get delayed.

With Hilti Fleet Management, all your servicing and repair costs are taken care of with no extra charge. This includes drop cover and accidental damage. What's more, our repair turnaround is less than 3 days on average, from collection to return back to site, so there's no more unexpected costs or time wasted waiting for tools to be repaired.

Loan tool service

Hilti guarantees tool repairs within 3 days but for some projects that can be 3 days too long. With Hilti Fleet Management you get a free loan tool delivered the next working day, so you can crack on with the job in hand.

Theft coverage

The construction industry is particularly vulnerable to theft because there are often untested personnel onsite.

If a break-in does occur, this can mean high costs to replace the stolen equipment and down time lost to sourcing and processing orders for replacement tools

With Hilti Fleet Management, we've got you covered. Simply send us the police report and we'll get your new tools out to you the next working day.

Easy management of costs and cash flow

Predictable monthly costs for a set period means you won’t get caught out with costs associated with repairs, servicing, theft and battery replacements. Rather than owning all your tools outright, it can be more cost-effective to use our tool fleet.

A fixed monthly fee covers all tool, service and repair costs. This means no large investment up front and predictable costs in the future. Allowing Hilti to manage your tool fleet takes a lot of administrative work and financial risk off your shoulders.


Easy online tool management and personalised labelling

All tools can be labelled-up with your company logo and any other personalised information you require, offering transparency and easy invoice consolidation.

The Hilti website also has a dedicated Tool Park Management section where you can arrange repairs, manage tools at the end of their contract term, update and request new labels and report any lost or stolen tools.
