If you need it, we’ll supply it. No matter how simple or complex the order, our worldwide distribution network will make sure your order goes where it needs to go.

Choose the delivery option that best suits you from the options below. In special cases you can contact our customer service to make sure you get the products just when you need them.

Do you want to simplify your freight charges? In that case Hilti's subscription-based monthly freight service is the right solution! It is a monthly freight charge that allows you to order products as many times as you want without order specific freight charges. Product orders can be made on our website or through our customer service even every day and still the freight charge remains the same, fixed amount per month. The monthly subscription freight service has 2 different levels - Standard and Premium.

STANDARD - DELIVERY WITHIN 2 DAYS

Order before 16.30 for delivery within 2 working days from Monday to Friday by 16.00.

Price: Free with Hilti Smart subscription Otherwise 13€ for online orders and 21€ for other channels. If there are 6M channels on the order, freight is free with Hilti Smart subscription and 96€ for other channels.

EXPRESS - NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Next day delivery by 16.00. Geographical restrictions in Lapland and archipelago.

Price: Free with Hilti Smart subscription, 17€ for online orders and 28€ for other channels. If there are 6M channels on the order, freight is free with Hilti Smart subscription and 128€ for other channels.

Hilti emergency same day delivery

EXPRESS - NEXT DAY DELIVERY BEFORE 9

Next day delivery by 9 o'clock in the morning. There are geographical restrictions for this delivery option and it is only available in larger cities. 6M channels are not available to order with this delivery option.

Price: Free with Hilti Smart Premium subscription, 27€ with Hilti Smart Standard subscription, 32€ for online orders and 43€ for other channels.

Hilti personalized jobsite delivery

SAME DAY DELIVERY IN THE METROPOLITAN AREA

Same day delivery within the Helsinki metropolitan area, as long as the ordered goods are in stock. Please contact our customer service to organize this delivery.

Price: 48€ with Hilti Smart Premium subscription, 53€ with Hilti Smart Standard subscription and 68€ for other channels.

Hilti free repair pickup and delivery

EXPRESS – CAPITAL AREA JOBSITE DELIVERY

We have dedicated delivery drivers covering Helsinki, Vantaa, Kauniainen and Espoo. Order before 16.30 for next day delivery by 16.00.

Price: Free with Hilti Smart subscription, 17€ for online orders and 28€ for other sales channels. If there are 6M channels on the order, freight is free with Hilti Smart subscription and 120€ for other channels.

PICK UP FROM HILTI STORE

Order before 16.00 and if you are picking up from Hilti Store Oulu, order before 14.30. You can pick up your order next day from 7.30 onwards from the selected Hilti Store. 6M channels are not available to order with this delivery option.

Price: Free with Hilti Smart subscription and for orders placed in a Hilti Store. 6€ for other channels.

click & collect

Order online and pick up at your preferred Hilti Store. Your order is ready for collection an hour later. There is no need to wait for the order to be processed - simply sign for it at the Hilti Store. 6M channels are not available to order with this delivery option.

PICK UP FROM POSTI SERVICE POINT

Choose from over 1000 convenient Posti service points. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready for pick up from your preferred pick up location after 19.00 the following working day.

Price: Free with Hilti Smart subscription and 6€ for other channels. Please note that the maximum weight limit is 30kg and this delivery option is not suitable for long, temperature sensitive or dangerous goods.

PICK UP FROM HILTI CENTRAL WAREHOUSE

The address of our central warehouse is Liukumäentie 15, Helsinki. Your order is ready for collection an hour after placing the order. The collection service is open from Monday to Friday 7.00-15.00.

REPAIR PICK UP

Book your repair by 11.30 and your tool will be picked up the same day. Repairs booked later than 11.30 will be picked up next working day. The repaired tool will be returned within 3 days.

Price: Free within the no cost period, after that 25€.

Hilti tool service

PRODUCTS AT THE JOBSITE

Locker 49x100x190 cm. The locked will be delivered within a week of the order and is your property. Please contact our customer service to order a locker.

Price: One-off payment 410€
